Do I need to create an account to shop at EpicureanFBStore.com? How do I register?

Creating an account is an easy and convenient way to save shipping and billing information, view current order status, and record past orders. You may also check out as a guest if you don’t wish to create an account at this time.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal and VenMo. All payments are securely processed by third party specialised plaforms. Direct credit card payments are handled using the Stripe platform.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, your order may be cancelled during the processing stage.However, once it moves to shipping, it cannot be cancelled. Reach out to our customer service team via the Online Contact Form, and we will confirm your order status.

Why can’t I add an item to my shopping bag?

If you are unable to add a certain item to your shopping bag, the item is currently unavailable. Check back soon!

How do I know that my order was placed?

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and a unique confirmation number. Please review the information to make sure it’s correct. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes of placing the order, check your junk mail or other folders.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you were logged in with an account when you placed your order, log in and click on My Account; you’ll be able to see your full order history, including your current order status. If you are unable to see your current order status, please contact our Customer Service team via the Online Contact Form. 

Where does Epicurean Food & Beverages ship?

Epicurean Food & Beverages offers shipping throughout the United States. Shipping is not available to US territories or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

How much does shipping cost for my online order?

Depending on the quantities of product ordered and destination of the package various shipping options and their cost will be made available during checkout for you to choose from. We offer free ground shipping for orders above $89.00. Use code Ship89 during checkout. 

What is your online return policy?

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any food and beverage products. If there is any issue with the items that you have received, please contact our customer support team so that we can work to find an appropriate solution.

I just realized that I entered the wrong shipping address! Can I fix it?

If you notice an error in the shipping address, please reach out to us right away. While we cannot guarantee that the information can be updated, it’s usually possible as long as the order has not been prepared for shipment. We are only responsible for shipping to the address as entered. We cannot modify or redirect orders once they are shipped.

What if my order has shipped but I never receive it?

There’s a problem with one of the items I ordered. Can I get a refund?

If an item is missing from your order or you have received a damaged item, we would be glad to provide an online store credit, a refund, or a replacement, depending on availability.
